Registration forms
Due to the addition of several new concessions for students and nurses we have now made separate registration forms for vets, nurses and students to improve clarity. Please ensure that you choose the correct form: Veterinary Surgeon (online at base of page or download here), Veterinary Nurse/student nurse (download form only at present) or Student (download form only at present) (student=a veterinary undergraduate, postgrads in further education can obtain the student rate only if they are a full veterinary BVZS member and are supported by a letter from their supervisor).

On the student form the "sponsored student place (pre-allocated)" refers to the free places that the Student Liaison Officer will be pre-allocating for each university.
