Speakers must register as soon as possible after their presentations have been accepted and approved by Victoria Roberts (publications) with confirmation on numbers of papers being presented so they will know the Registration fee as pertains to them.

The main hotel is the Cranfield Management Development Centre at which the Conference dinner on the Saturday evening will be held

Conference dinner at Cranfield Centre
A 3 course set meal with alternative menu for vegetarians and those with special dietary needs is listed below. Delegates therefore need to ensure they point out such needs on the registration form otherwise requests cannot be guaranteed in time with the catering staff. Special needs must be sent to secretary@bvzs.org 7 days before. There will be entertainment after the dinner.

Chargrilled Asparagus with Roquette and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, finished with extra Virgin Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and Parmesan
Main Course
Roast Sirloin of Beef with a Peppercorn Sauce served with Roasted Root Vegetables and Potatoes

Cannelloni with Girolle Mushroom, Cheddar Cheese Bake served with Mixed Leaf Side Salad

Lemon Tart accompanied by a Raspberry Coulis

For those delegates without internet access a pdf booking form is available. If delegates require more budget B&B accommodation they can contact Chester Conference Centre on 0845 073 1314. Due to the limited number of bedrooms that B&B’s in the Warrington area they are unable to allocate bedrooms and so requests for cheaper alternatives will be looked at on an individual basis.
