Recently affiliated to BSAVA, BVZS held a very successful Satellite Meeting on Wednesday 11th April 2007 in Hall 7b, ICC, Birmingham. The Conference was held at the new Veterinary School near Nottingham. About the School - School of Veterinary Medicine and Science - The University of Nottingham There was a visit to and tour of Twycross Zoo. on friday November 9th.

BVZS Autumn meeting November 7/8th 2009
Theme: " SEX – ASPECTS AFFECTING EXOTICS AND WILDLIFE "
The theme was based on reproductive and urogenital problems in all species from mice through parrots and lizards to Giraffe and Elephants. See this link for more information.

BVZS Satellite Day meeting was on April 7th 2010 at the ICC, Birmingham on Wednesday 7th April. The theme was Exotics for GP Vets, covering birds, reptiles, rabbits, rodents, ferrets degus and sugar gliders.
